A funny thing happened on the way to the office..

Wow.. how time flies. I haven’t updated the site in quite a while, but I’ve been rather busy. Let’s see.. The most exciting thing to happen was my wedding to my beautiful wife Shelley. The honeymoon was fantastic.. we took a cruise to the Bahamas. It wasn’t nearly as long as we would have wanted, but I think that’s always the case. Married life is great. It’s been a little over a month, and it gets more exciting every day. In other news, I turned 29 and had a great birthday. Shelley took me to Nashville to Kobe Steakhouse (how I love the Japanese art of Hibachi) and then we went to Jillian’s. Also, we moved into a new apartment and are still slowly getting everything together. I’ve been working at The UPS Store part time and continuing to do freelance work. I start my second (out of 3) semester in the Graduate program at APSU in two weeks. I also am hoping for some other exciting news that may happen (no, no one is pregnant.. well, Christie is, but that’s Brandon’s doing), but it’s just something I am going to have to wait and see.. it’s out of my hands at this point. I hope to update the site with some new work soon. I have updated my resume.. woo hoo. *side note* The Bloodhound Gang rules. *end side note* I will be in a show at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts called Future/Now which contains selected works by the next generation of practicing artist. The show opens November 16 and runs until December 31, 2007. If you are in the Nashville area you should check it out. Also Barry Jones and myself have started doing live video and have a few performances coming up, one of which is next Friday 8.17.07 (and I really need to get to work on) and another coming up in November I think.
