Life happens..

So yeah.. for those of you who don’t know.. I’m back in Tennessee for a few days. It was originally suppose to be a fly in Tuesday, fly out Thursday trip.. but.. life happens… I won’t go into detail, but I’m here for at least a few more days.

Tuesday night I got to see a lecture by Chip Kidd. If you don’t know.. I’m a huge Chip Kidd fan. He signed all of my books I brought with me and even gave me a nickname.. but it was a great talk.. and I’m so glad that I got to see it.. Here is a pic that my friend Rusty put on his flickr page.

Tonight Barry and I orchestrated what we called the A/V Jam. Basically it was an open forum for people to come out and jam with us. It was fun and interesting.. setup took a lot longer than I expected, but a big thanks to those who helped and those who performed with us.. it’s always cool to do something new.. maybe the next time I’m in town we can do it again.. and this time I want a live drummer (where is Lance Smith when you need him).

Next week A-Ron and I will be performing at USF.. we have performed a few times under the name Synesthesia.. we even have a website with absolutely nothing on it.. http://synesthesialive.com/ — Maybe after next week I’ll have something to put up.. we shall see.
