Its all the same. Up and down, back and forth. To protect or to say something. Its a sad state we live in where we can't project a voice or idea without a fear of being sued, and sure you can hang out in court and argue your case...if you have the money. I guess I'm getting off on a tangent, but it brings up questions of why should we be afraid of copyright infringement? Why Why are laws protecting those with money, but not those without? Aren't we all humans? Or maybe I'm just being a pretentious blowhard. Its mostly the latter...mostly. Here it is, the same old song and dance of coporations/property owners versus artists.
